ஸோ, 'பகுத்தறிவு கடவுள் மறுப்பாளர்கள்' மேலே என் கம்ப்லைண்ட் இதான். அவங்க கடவுள் இல்லைன்னு சொல்லறது அவங்க நம்பிக்கை. அதைப்பத்தி விவாதிக்க என்ன இருக்கு? ஆனா அவங்களோட செயலோட விளைவு என்ன? இதுக்கு என்ன செய்து கொண்டிருக்காங்க?
சாதாரண ஆசாமி கடவுள் நம்பிக்கை இருக்கிற வரை பாபத்துக்கு பயந்துகொண்டு சரியா நடந்து கொண்டார். கடவுள் இல்லை, அதனால பாபம் செய்கிறவங்களுக்கு தண்டிக்க யாருமில்லைன்னு ஆயிடுத்து. அரசாங்கம் தண்டனை கொடுத்தாத்தான் உண்டு. ஊழல் செய்து அராஜக வழியில நிறைய சம்பாதிக்கலாம். இந்த பணத்தை வெச்சே கீழ் மட்ட அதிகாரிகளை சரிக்கட்டிடலாம். அரசாங்கம் ஒரு வழியா முழிச்சுக்கொண்டு நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பாத்தா கோர்ட் போய் வழக்காடலாம் ஆடலாம் ஆடலாம்.... ஒண்ணு ரெண்டு மாமாங்கம் கழிச்சு அது ஒரு வழியா முடிவுக்கு வரப்ப எனக்கு வயசாயிடுத்து, உடல் நிலை சரியில்லை, அதனால விடுதலை செய்யணும் ன்னு அப்பீல் செய்யலாம்!
தப்பு செய்தா தண்டனைன்னு ஒரு நம்பிக்கையும் இல்லை, நடை முறையும் இல்லை. ஏன் மக்கள் மனம் போன போக்கிலே நடந்துக்க மாட்டாங்க?
சரி சரி எது புண்ணியம் எது பாபம் ன்னு நியாயமான கேள்வி எழ வாய்ப்பிருக்கு!
இதுக்கு ஒவ்வொத்தரும் ஒவ்வொரு மாதிரி பதில் சொல்லலாம். சாஸ்திரங்கள் சொல்லறதுதான் அதாரிடி என்கலாம். பெரியவங்க சொல்லறதுதான் ன்னும் சொல்லலாம். குடும்ப பாரம்பரியம் எப்படியோ அப்படின்னு சொல்லலாம்.
எப்படியோ அது நமக்கு உள்ளுக்குள்ள தெரிஞ்சே இருக்கு!
ஒத்தர் ரொம்ப சுலபமா சொல்லிட்டார்:
"புண்ணியம் பாபம் ஏதுன்னு கேக்கறீயா? ஆயிரம் புத்தகங்களில சொல்லி இருக்கறதை அரை ஸ்லோகத்துல சொல்லறேன். உலகத்துக்கு இதமானதை செய்யறது புண்ணியம்; உலகத்துக்கு துன்பத்தை தருவது பாபம்."
முடிஞ்சு போச்சு!
உலகம் என்பதை வெறும் பௌதிக பொருளா பார்க்காம உலக மக்கள், மற்ற ஜீவ ராசிகள், இயற்கைன்னே எடுத்துக்கணும். சும்மாவானா காரணமில்லாம மண்ணை தோண்டினாக்கூட அது பாபம்தான்; ஒரு கிளையை வெட்டினாக்கூட பாபம்தான். ஜட பொருட்கள் சமாசாரம் இப்படின்னா மனிதர்கள் சமாசாரம் எப்படின்னு தெரிஞ்சுக்கலாம்.
கடவுள் நம்பிக்கை இல்லாதவங்க 'ஏன் ஒருத்தர் சரியா நடந்துக்கணும்? தப்பா நடந்துண்டா என்ன? அது என் இஷ்டம்' ன்னு சொன்னா அவங்ககிட்ட அதுக்கு விடை கிடையாது. எவ்வளவு பேருக்கு பொது நலத்துக்காக இப்படி இருக்கணும்ன்னு தோணும்? அப்புறம் நான் ஏன் பொது நலம் பத்தி கவலைப்படணும்ன்னு கேட்டாலும் அதுக்கு விடை இருக்காது.
ஆக பகுத்தறிவால இதுக்கு ஒரு தீர்வு காணமுடியாது. உலகத்தில சாதாரண ஜனங்கள் அதிகமா இருக்கிற இந்த காலகட்டத்துல ஆன்மீகம் மட்டுமே அதை சாதிக்க முடியும். ரொம்ப பாமர ஜனங்கள்கிட்டே சாமி கண்ணை குத்தும் ரீதியில சொல்லி பயமுறுத்தி சரியா நடந்துக்க வைக்கலாம். கொஞ்சம் சிந்திக்கக்கூடியவங்ககிட்ட உலகத்துக்கு நல்லது செய்தா கடவுளுக்கு அது பிடிக்கும்; அதனால அவர் உனக்கு நல்லது செய்வார்ன்னு நைச்சியமா சொல்லலாம். இன்னும் வளர்ந்தவங்களுக்கு உலகமே கடவுளோட ரூபம் என்கிறதால உலகத்துக்கு இதமா நடந்துக்கறது கடவுளுக்கு இதமா நடந்துக்கிறதே ஆகும் ன்னு சொல்லலாம். இன்னும் மேல் நிலையில தானே பிரம்மம், இந்த உலகம் ன்னு தெரியும் போது யாரும் ஒண்ணும் சொல்ல வேண்டி இராது.

With regards to atheist reasoning what is papam and puniyam, your logic of "one which harms the world" is papam " one which supports the world or environment" is a punniyam wil not hold good. I would like to mention an irony still I am contemplating with..is about one of my good friend from school days. I find him good natured but at the same time contradicts by believing in Ayn Rand's philosophy of ethical egoism and rationalism. He used to argue "Why should i help the poverty ridden African region or even in our own nation. By helping them I only encourage them to depend on society and breed more such humans" Such a attitude repels me away from him. But in other ways, inspite of he being an atheist there are more good qualities that I respect him. He still chides me for living in an illusion about Gods and the mythology and used to find my karmic rituals of sandhyavandanam or murugan shasti viradham or ayyappan viradam as very funny and idiotic. But that is his opinion and he never uses that to shun the friendship and camaraderie that we have. He says i am ignorant, refusing to accept reality and move away from beleiving and fearing in god attitude. after so much years i feel the opposite is true. He choose to ignore the supreme God and feels there is no point in self realization. This doest mean to say that I am enlightened. I am still in kinder when it comes to spirituality. But I dont want to apply so called rationalism or common sense when it comes to papam and punniyam. I will attempt to stick to what sastram dictates. because i blindly believe in our Mahaperiyavaa who instructed us to do so. there is no other authority above HIM.

I have seen staunch atheists become ardent devotees! recently i saw a video taken by our mutual friend sivaraman, where a staunch atheist has changed and is now doing aupasanam!
if you want you may pray to periva to change him. or as i do, leave things be! god knows when and how to change not change people.
I too dont believe in blindly throwing money at people. I would rather do something which will help them to help themselves. give them a fair chance to get themselves together and start working. but dont they need to survive till then?

oh mahesh, that is more than enough! there is nothing more to say! all the simplifications are for people who cant/ reluctant to follow sastras.
